Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Chevline, including pre-release and beta versions of the app.

1. Permission to use Chevline

Subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store or TestFlight terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Chevline for personal entertainment and, when applicable, testing and evaluation.

2. Pre-release and beta testing

If you receive access to a pre-release version of Chevline, you understand that the app is still under development. We may reset levels, progress, settings, scores, or other app data as development continues. Availability of a testing build does not guarantee that any feature will appear in the final product.

3. Feedback and suggestions

You are welcome to provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, level feedback, feature requests, and other comments about Chevline. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant us permission to use, adapt, implement, publish, or otherwise make use of that feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you. Providing feedback does not give you ownership rights in Chevline or in any feature, idea, improvement, or implementation that may result from that feedback.

4. Ownership

Chevline, including its software, game mechanics as expressed in the app, visual design, artwork, branding, text, levels, audio, animations, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Chevline and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Chevline or its content to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Chevline. Among other things, you may not attempt to interfere with the app or its services, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute malicious software, or use Chevline in violation of applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or replace any part of Chevline at any time. During testing, builds may expire or become unavailable with little or no notice.

7. Third-party platforms

Your use of Chevline may also be subject to terms imposed by Apple, TestFlight, the App Store, your device manufacturer, or other third-party platforms used to distribute or operate the app.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chevline is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chevline and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Chevline.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Chevline, particularly to pre-release builds, if reasonably necessary for testing, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product development.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as Chevline evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.
